Terms of Service

1. Account Allocations

J.Caesar grants active subscribers a non-exclusive license to configure and deploy AI agents within the monthly limits (messages and agent numbers) specified in their selected plan tier.

2. Service Liability

Conversation flows and automated actions are directly driven by your custom datasets. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of replies generated by their trained agents.

3. Contracting Entity

The J.Caesar service is provided by The Kaisers Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16837277 (registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). This is the legal entity you contract with under these Terms.

4. Cancellation, Billing and Trial Period

All paid plans start with a 3-day free trial; no charge is made during the trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time, during or after the trial, from the dashboard under Settings > Manage Plan, with no long-term commitment or cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; already-charged periods are not partially refunded, but no charge is made if you cancel during the trial.
